Horrific! Clearly the order was mid read and was made an hour too early (wondered why I had a call asking me if I wanted it early) and instead of correcting their mistake tried to keep it warm resulting in pizza that resembled cardboard with shrivelled toppings. Gone to the dogs & the bin and waiting for a Chinese to be delivered. No way I was making the family eat that - absolutely revolting

Was staying at a local caravan site and was looking for good food, we had 2 pizzas and a kebab with onions rings and garlic bread, the two men there were extremely nice and fast cooks and gave us an extra cheesy garlic bread on the house! Food was amazing the whole family really enjoyed it 10/10 really good food and service!! Would definitely eat here again..

Had the loveliest ¹/² ch3se burger I've had in a long time.
The service was exceptional and it arrived in 25 mins.
I will definitely recommend Mario's And it was munched in a minute!!!

I’d give no stars if I could. Haven’t ordered from here for a while. Now I remember why. Food was all cold when it arrived. No taste at all on any of the meals. Definitely will not be eating here again

Ordered amarican hot, pizza base was lovely, had hardly any toppings ,very sparsely spread out, ordered Xtra cheese, that obviously was missed, I give the base 2 stars the rest of it was appalling to be honest.

Well situated takeaway in kidwelly. Burgers, kebabs and pizzas are on offer. Staff are friendly and food is freshly cooked.

Ordered a pizza box meal and there was no pizza! Also the jalapeno bites are just a mild, slightly cheesy sauce in batter.
All in all very disappointing. We will mourn Savos (who were excellent) and not bother with Marios again!

I just spent £50 on an order the kebab came with no salad when requested the burger meal came with no chips the 10 chicken nugget meal came with only 4 chicken nuggets the portions were small and cold instead of extra large when we rang to question this we were basically called liars and the guy on the phone was very rude I said it’s ok I’ll never use you again and they hung up AVOID AVOID AVOID

My wife and I were staying at Ferryside and collected a wonderful pizza and had a delivery of excellent burgers and chips. Delicious food prepared with care, served and delivered with a smile.

Very poor customer service. Showed proof of purchase online with the payment details and the order number. Explained what I’d ordered. Even showed proof they’d taken payment from my bank account to be told I’d not sent an order. Argued for nearly half an hour that they now need to prove my order hadn’t come through demanded they ring dats the payment provider which confirmed my order had in-fact come through but with an error where my name was meant to be. Very bad attitude with staff leader/boss. Absolutely no attempt to understand the problem even with the proof provided. After more than 10 years of buying overpriced junk food from savos and best kebabs before that I can safely say I won’t be a customer any longer. Decided to give 1 star as the order was actually correct which is a new experience. Normally stuffs missing and I have to send the delivery driver back to rectify the issue. However, Food was stone cold as it had been sat on their counter for half an hour and had to be reheated in the microwave when I got home. Advice to new management is work on your customer relations… there’s kebab shops closer than yours Trimsaran, ponthenry,carway, pontiets… I’ll give them a try from now on! I’d only stayed loyal to best kebabs aka Savos as I used to live in Kidwelly.. enjoy your new venture new management of Savos if you keep treating customers the way you did with me tonight I can see it’ll be a short lived venture.

I ordered an overpriced Dr Pepper, but it wasn't in the bag. I told the delivery driver, he said he would go back and get it, but he never did. I then phoned them, I was told that I would get a free Dr Pepper with my next order. I was denied what I had paid for because of ignorance and laziness. I will not be ordering from Savo's again.
